Shipping & Delivery
Our mission is to guarantee exceptional service by guaranteeing you a fabulous shopping experience whatever you want to buy. On this page I would find all the information related to shipping and delivery. Remember that the availability of the items is shown on the product page, usually items that offer a greater number of customizations have longer time available as they are produced specifically following colors, sizes and customizations selected by you.
Here are some things to consider while waiting for your order:
- The article you selected is tailor made according to the specifications you have selected, production times may be altered according to the production line
- You will be notified at the time of shipping by e-mail
The products are delivered exclusively to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase and data entry phase. The shipment will take place after confirmation of payment. For payment by bank transfer only the crediting of our current account takes place, while for payments with electronic services such as POS, Paypal, etc., the transaction takes place on the part of the circuit used.
For our shipments we rely on the service of express couriers such as Bartolini, SDA, UPS, DHL or Couriers specialized in the delivery of furniture and furnishings to ensure the quality of service and integrity of the Products.
Deliveries for products immediately available usually take place within 24/48 hours after the order. The times of availability are indicated in the tab of each item on the store, shipping times are shown in working days. With the heading "Available in 4/5 weeks" means the timing of production and achievement in the article, to these times must be added the times to perform the shipment that usually takes place within 24/48 hours. With the words "Available in 3/4 days" we mean that the item is immediately available and ready to be sent, consequently the shipment will be executed as quickly as possible, always and in any case trying to stay within 24/48 hours after 'order.
Any delays in deliveries of less than 40 (forty) working days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind. Not only Salotti Group Srl has the right to carry out, if it deems it appropriate, the request for delivery of the Products (also relative to the same order) in several successive phases. Delivery is deemed to have taken place at the time the item was correctly delivered to the customer. The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transportation and release of the goods to the address indicated during the purchase phase.
Deliveries are intended exclusively on the street level and there is no provision for the collection of used items. Special terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Non Solo Salotti Group Srl and accepted in writing by Non Solo Salotti Group Srl. Our company does not offer assembly services unless previously agreed with the client in writing. Most of the products sold are pre-assembled, the actual assembly will be made easy by guides and detailed instructions.
On delivery, the customer is required to check the content, compliance and status of the product (s), it is recommended to check at the moment, before signing the delivery, that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached and that the packaging is intact and not damaged or otherwise is not altered in any way, verifying the integrity of the content. If the Customer ascertains anomalies, he is obliged to refuse the delivery of the products or to put his reservations in writing in a detailed and dated document. If the courier's document is signed without affixing any "reserve", the customer will have no right to challenge the external characteristics of the ordered article. Any anomalies found must be reported no later than 3 days after the date of purchase.
Depending on the courier used for shipping, in case of absence of the recipient, the courier in charge will leave a notice of passage with the relevant instructions to collect the shipment or reschedule a delivery. In case of non-collection within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Non Solo Salotti Group Srl, which reserves the right to reimburse the price of the products, leaving the shipping costs charged to the customer. In the event of an error regarding the product, the customer undertakes to return the product or products concerned to Non Solo Salotti Group Srl within 7 (seven) days of receipt, with the packaging closed, in their original state and packaging and with the accompaniment. Once the Product is received in the correct form and manner, Non Solo Salotti Group Srl will return, at its own expense, the initially ordered product.
In explicit cases, the following cases are considered as cases of force majeure, in addition to those normally considered by the jurisprudence:
- total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason, governmental or legal restrictions, computer failures, blocking of telecommunications including networks and in particular the internet.
In case of force majeure, the execution of the order will be suspended, in the first instance, in full right. If after a period of 3 (three) months and the parties note the persistence of the case of force majeure, the order will be automatically canceled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties
