What products are supplied with the warranty?

All products purchased at Non Solo Salotti Group Srl are covered by the guarantee with regard to the integrity of the products at the time of delivery. The warranty covers only and exclusively manufacturing defects and no other type of assistance regarding incorrect use of the purchased item.

Where to request warranty services?

Any defects covered by the Non Solo Salotti Group Srl Guarantee must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 3 (three) days from the delivery date. In case of operation of the Non Solo Salotti Group Srl Guarantee, the Customer will only be entitled to replace the damaged Products upon return of the same, being excluded the right of the Customer to compensation for any damage, even further. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are charged to Non Solo Salotti Group Srl.

Non Solo Salotti Group Srl does not lend on the products any additional guarantee compared to that provided by the individual producers. To use the aforementioned guarantee, the customer must keep the invoice or delivery document of the article.

In which cases the guarantee is not provided?

Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the Products are carried out, where foreseen, by the single producers, according to the terms and conditions indicated in the documentation attached to the products themselves. In particular, Non Solo Salotti Group Srl does not provide any guarantee regarding the compatibility of products with other products or equipment used by the customer, nor provides any guarantee regarding the suitability of the products for the specific use envisaged by the customer.

Without prejudice to the cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Non Solo Salotti Group Srl, it is already agreed that, if the liability of Non Solo Salotti Group Srl is ascertained in any way towards the Client - including the case of non-performance, total or partial, to the obligations assumed by our company towards the customer due to the execution of an order - the responsibility of Non Solo Salotti Group Srl can not be higher than the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute has arisen .
We remind customers of Non Solo Salotti Group Srl that these guarantee rules in accordance with the DLGS n.24 / 92 are reserved exclusively for private consumers (a physical person who buys the goods without indicating a VAT number in the form)
